Keep Your License Active

Massachusetts real estate sales persons and brokers are required to renew every 2 years and expire on the agent’s birthday. To renew your license you must complete the 12 hour state approved continuing education courses and must not be two of the same courses. The classes can be taken anytime during the 24 months prior to the date of your licenses expiration.

Free Continuing Education

Continuing Education must be from the state approved course list and must be taken from a state accredited real estate school. Classes may be taken in person or online. As a CCIAOR member, you have access to free in-person and online classes.

Once you have finished either the salesperson or broker pre-licensing course, you will schedule your testing date and time – when it is convenient for you.
