All REALTOR® applicants must take an NAR-approved Code of Ethics class within 180 days of submitting an application. The class is offered in-person at CCIAOR or can be completed online.

Note: If you are applying for CCIMLS membership only and are already a REALTOR®, you are not required to take this for membership.

Step 3

ORIENTATION

All new members must complete the CCIAOR & CCIMLS New Member Orientation class that is held every other month at CCIAOR. This three-hour class provides you an overview of the tools, services and rules of both organizations. This class must be taken within 180 days of submitting a New Member Application.

Step 4
