Proposed Mashpee Rental Regulations to be Discussed at 2/27 Mashpee MLS Tour

The Mashpee Board of Health recently unveiled new draft regulations regulating short and long-term rentals. It would require registration, a yearly fee, and a yearly inspection.

Upon CCIAOR’s request, Glen Harrington, the Health Agent for the Mashpee Board of Health, will be at the Mashpee MLS Tour on February 27th at 8:30 a.m. at the Mashpee Chamber of Commerce to review and discuss these proposed regulations and answer any questions.

Attendance is encouraged to ask the questions and fully understand the regulations, so you can advise CCIAOR on the needed advocacy to ensure these regulations do not impact your clients.
