In the last five years, you’ve seen the rise of the importance of social media for your business. Even if you have not been maximizing it, you probably know what it can do. The pandemic increased the importance of social media for businesses. It has become a primary business tool for staying connected with your customers.

In this session, we will focus on leveraging social media to connect with and attract future customers. You will gain an understanding of the social media platforms and analyze where to put your marketing efforts. We will dissect why people are attracted to certain types of content and practical tips you can use right away to get started. Finally, we’ll discuss the everyday things you can do to engage your existing customers, so they become your word-of-mouth marketing team.

This course is offered in a remote learning capacity. Zoom guidance and instructions will be provided prior to the start of the course.
