In this free REALTOR® Safety webinar from the National Association of REALTORS®, Dave Legaz, REALTOR® and retired NYPD Police Sergeant, will explain how real estate professionals can reduce the risk of being targeted by predators. Dave will discuss various predatory behaviors, and steps agents can take to reduce the likelihood of getting into an unsafe situation while on the job.
About the REALTOR® Safety Program
More than a decade ago, NAR launched the REALTOR® Safety Program to educate REALTORS® on the potential risks they face. The program includes resources for agents, associations and brokers including webinars, videos, presentations, flyers, weekly social media safety tips, REALTOR® Safety Grants for associations, and the REALTOR® Safety network—a national safety alert program. We also dedicate September as REALTOR® Safety Month, although we encourage members to keep safety top of mind year round.
