Per the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons, each licensed agent must complete 12 hours of state approved Continuing Education (CE) within the 24 months of the licensee's renewal date. Your license renews every two years on your birthday. The majority of Continuing Education (CE) classes are 2 hours (or 2 credits), meaning you would need to complete 6 classes every 2 years to renew your license.
Note, the Massachusetts Board of Licensure does not allow you to repeat credits within a two-year licensing cycle.
