What is the application fee to join?

To join the Cape Cod & Islands Multiple Listing Service, the following are the application fees:

• To set up a new company: $500, reduced to $250 if been a member for at least three years

• For each new subscriber (agent or broker affiliated with a broker): $250

To join the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS®, the application fee is $100 - and is waived if joining the MLS.
