Leadership Academy Session 4 Recap: All About Customer Service

Did you know there are only 83 5-star resorts in the U.S. and just 199 world-wide – and Wequassett Resort in Harwich is one of them.

Sales & Marketing Director Kara LaChance spoke to the group on the subject of Wequassett’s rise from a 4 to 5 star resort – and how theymaintain this merit of excellence. Their practices easily translate to other industries, and in particular to real estate.

At the end of her presentation, Kara summarized: Respect is earned. Honesty is appreciated. Trust is gained. Loyalty is returned.

The second portion of this Session focused on Volunteerism with CCIAOR President and 2017 REALTOR® of the Year Martha Knapp and 2015 Distinguished Service Award Recipient and 2010 President Lynette Helms. They shared their journey on how they got their start in the industry and how they continue to make a difference in their community.
