Professional Standards Committee

The Professional Standards Committee is set forth in the Association Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual. Members of the Professional Standards Committee members serve on Hearing Panels as required to hear matters of alleged unethical conduct by Members or to provide arbitration as requested. You must have served on the Grievance Committee for at least three years to serve on Professional Standards.

Mandatory Professional Standards Training is required every three years to remain eligible to serve on the committee. Members are appointed to three-year terms and a maximum of three three-year consecutive terms.
