Due to expected inclement weather, the CCIAOR & CCIMLS office will be closed to foot traffic and in-person service on Monday, January 26th for the safety of our staff and members. Online and phone service will be available during normal business hours.

The CCIMLS Board of Directors sets the strategy, values, and direction of the Cape Cod & Islands Multiple Listing Service. Board meetings are open to all Participants and Subscribers of CCIMLS. If you would like to attend an upcoming Board meeting, please contact Marcia Stirling with at least 12 hours notice prior to the meeting for access information.
