In Massachusetts, your REALTOR® membership gives you access to a library of standard forms and contracts to use with your clients. These forms have been developed by expert legal staff and are continually updated by the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®based on current industry standards of representing clients in Massachusetts.
These forms are developed with input from the MAR Forms Committee, of which, CCIAOR has a representative. Please provide any feedback on the forms to CCIAOR staff.

Remine Docs+ is a collaborative, cloud-based transaction management tool featuring customizable, end-to-end document creation, clause kits, e-signature, multi-party collaboration, document history tracking, and broker checklists.
You can buy hard copies of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® forms through their website. Go to 'Forms' section of MAR's website and in the middle of the page is a section on paper forms with a link to buy the forms online.
You will need to login to MAR's website to access the 'Forms' section. Your username is usually your NRDS ID, and your password is usually your Last name, beginning with a capital letter, like "Smith"
