Join the Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors and HBRACC for dinner and an open forum featuring local candidates discussing issues affecting real estate and daily business on Cape Cod.

Here are the races we will cover:

County Commissioner - Dan Gessen (Democratic) vs. Adam Hogue (Republican) - this race could very well change how Barnstable County operates in our region.

3rd Barnstable District State Representative Race - Rep. Dave Vieira (incumbent and Republican) vs. Jack Richardson (Democrat) - who will best represent the towns of Falmouth, Bourne and Mashpee and work well with the Cape Cod Delegation?

Learn a statewide ballot initiative that would allow starter homes by-right. Andrew Mikula is bringing you the facts about the Legalize Starter Homes Act.

This is an excellent opportunity to hear directly from the candidates, learn where they stand on issues important to our industry, and connect with fellow professionals. We encourage members to submit questions for the candidates in advance.

Dinner provided by Jr. Betts BBQ. Drink tickets will be distributed at the door.
