As a reminder: To ensure the safety of our students, staff, and instructors, masks will be required for all in-person classes. Masks must be worn from the time you enter the building until you leave. Failure to properly wear a mask or keep your mask on will result in you being asked to leave the class and no CE credit will be given.
Please note, CCIAOR will no longer be providing class handouts for in-person classes. For those who would like the handouts during the class, they will be emailed a couple of days before allowing you to print them in advance of attending. A small number of handouts will be available for a $5 fee at sign-in. To comply with state law, the state-approved outline will be provided to all attendees.

All attendees looking to receive State CE Credits must arrive prior to the start of the class. Per the Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons “students must complete the total number of requisite hours. Breaks, tardiness or other interruptions are not to be included in the total number of hours.”
