For 2023, the annual cost of membership is $626.00. When you join CCIAOR and become a REALTOR®, you are also joining the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Your annual membership dues of $626 are paid to CCIAOR but are split between all three levels ($260 to CCIAOR, $171 to MAR and $195 to NAR).
For new members, membership costs are prorated depending on the month you join. New members who only wish to join CCIAOR will also have to pay a $100 application fee.
New members who wish to join both CCIAOR and the Cape and Islands MLS will need to pay a $250 application fee and $99 a quarter for MLS access in addition to the membership dues outlined above.
