MLS fees are due the first month of each quarter - January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st. Invoices are sent the month before they are due. If fees are not paid in time, membership to CCIMLS will be suspended until payment is received.
To assure timely payment, we recommend signing up for MLS Auto Pay by clicking HERE. This link will direct you to a simple form that will allow your MLS payments to come out automatically each quarter.

- Enter your credit card information in the appropriate fields and select "MLS Fees" under "Autopayment Choices"
- Double check your Billing Address is accurate then click “Submit”
