Meet the 2025 CCIAOR Award Winners

Each year, the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTOR®s (CCIAOR) recognizes members who go above and beyond to serve their clients and the community with the annual Association awards. These awards spotlight REALTORS® who are leaders not only in the real estate industry and in the Association, but those who make a difference in their communities as well. These awards were bestowed at the CCIAOR Summer Soiree at the Wychmere Beach Club on June 26, 2025. To read a description of each award, please click here.

Jeffrey Clonts is the 2025 CCIAOR REALTOR® of the Year. Jeff has distinguished himself as a leader within CCIAOR, serving on the Board of Directors and actively participating in several vital committees, including the Leadership Development Committee, the Housing Advocacy Group, and the MLS Advisory Group. As a co-founder of our Diversity & Inclusion Committee, he’s worked tirelessly to create a more welcoming and equitable environment for all REALTORS®. Beyond his formal leadership roles, Jeff has shared his knowledge and insights through educational webinars and by helping to develop a Diversity & Inclusion curriculum for the Leadership Academy. Their commitment extends well beyond the real estate world: Jeff has been instrumental in launching community initiatives such as Bay to Sound Neighbors and the Raveis PRIDE network, which supports LGBTQ-friendly REALTORS® and vendors. His devotion to the arts community, lending both time and talent to local arts organizations, underscores his passion for making Cape Cod a vibrant, inclusive place to live and work.

Jack’s 50 years of unwavering commitment to the real estate industry exemplify the spirit of this distinguished service award. From the start of his career in 1975, Jack has been a dedicated and respected member of our association, always ready to support its mission and strengthen its programs. Over the years, he has shared his expertise with other REALTORS® as a broker-owner, a coworker, a sought-after instructor and a champion for the industry by investing in education initiatives like the Cotton Center for Real Estate Studies at Cape Cod Community College. He is a constant presence at local events, supporting the Osterville Library and countless nonprofits, and volunteering his time to ensure every event is a success. Jack is also a published author of six titles covering real estate and other topics. Through his consistent participation, deep knowledge, and selfless support of both our profession and our broader community, Jack’s legacy of distinguished service is clear.

Leda Phillips is the recipient of the 2025 CCIAOR Good Neighbor Award. As the Chair of the Board for Cape Cod’s Independence House, a leading domestic and sexual violence resource center, she has spent over seven years tirelessly advancing its mission, previously serving as Clerk and Vice President. Her leadership was instrumental in securing a $3.4 million grant and breaking ground on a new facility that garnered front-page news coverage. Beyond her board work, she volunteers at the organization’s annual golf tournament and supports numerous local initiatives, from programs for individuals with disabilities to foster support services and Habitat for Humanity’s Ride for Homes. She actively participates in multiple civic and professional organizations, including local Chambers of Commerce, the Rotary, and Cape Cod Young Professionals.

Anthony Mazzeo is receiving the 2025 CCIAOR Affiliate of the Year award for their strong support of CCIAOR’s continuing education and professional developments. Over the past year, Anthony has been instrumental in helping the association relaunch in-person continuing education courses by sponsoring lunch for class attendees, and has volunteered to share his expertise with our members by serving on panels at our Broker Summit and more.
