Charlotte has spent most of her life on Cape Cod, she grew up in Falmouth and currently resides in Bourne. After graduating cum laude from UMass Amherst in 2010 she moved back to the Cape and found a job with a local mortgage company answering phones and improving their marketing strategy. By 2012 she obtained her license to originate mortgages. Since then, Charlotte has helped countless people achieve their dream of homeownership by educating buyers about their purchase options. Charlotte started working at The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod in September of 2018 as Assistant Residential Mortgage Sales Manager. Her goal is to be constantly improving and evolving the mortgage process to provide a seamless purchase and refinance experience for customers.
