Clear Cooperation Policy Task Force

The Clear Cooperation Policy Task Force will provide guidelines for implementing the NAR mandatory policy that all listings which are publicly marketed must be available in CCIMLS within 1 business day if it is represented by an MLS participant. You can read more about the new mandated policy here. The Task Force is expected to meet in early 2020 with implementation required by May 1, 2020.
