Content Provider Program

Overview

A Content Provider is one who provides content-production and media-creation services to CCIMLS’s Participants and Subscribers such as photography, videography, and virtual tour services. The agreement between Content Providers and CCIMLS will close the loop on whether or not the correct license is being used, which can be seen as a risk mitigation tool. More information about this program can be found in the Content & Verified Media Provider Policy.

Once a Content provider is approved via a fully executed Content Provider Agreement, they will be considered a Verified Media Provider. If a Participant and/or Subscriber would like a Verified Media Provider to have access to the Media portion of select listings in the MLS listing software on their behalf, the CCIMLS office will provide credentials for this limited access by use of the Participant Authorization Form.
