AI for Real Estate: From Button Pusher to AI Boss

AI adoption in real estate is accelerating. NAR reports rising use of AI tools in marketing, risk management, and client communication. Brokerages, MLS systems, and marketing platforms are integrating AI at every level.

This course cuts through the noise and shows agents how to use AI responsibly, strategically, and in a way that makes their business stronger. No tech jargon, no abstract theory; see real examples from real transactions while earning continuing education credit. Agents leave with tools and understanding, not a pitch.

What agents walk away with:

  • a clear understanding of how AI applies to their specific real estate business
  • a digital brand voice playbook they can use and build on immediately
  • confidence in managing AI output for compliance and accuracy
  • strategic frameworks for using AI to win listings, not to just market them
  • a digital takeaway packet including: prompt starter pack, compliance checklist, strategic use case examples, and account setup guides
