Debbie Martin is a state approved Real Estate instructor as well as a Broker and CEO of ERA Cape Real Estate. Debbie Martin has been a Past President of the Cape Cod and Islands Assoc. of Realtors/MLS, as well as an award recipient for the Charles Lockhart Service award and the Realtor of the Year.

She has been very active at CCIAOR/MLS in authoring the How to Stay out of Trouble class as well as the mandatory Designated Realtor class. She teaches for the new agent orientation program, as well as continuing education and Pre Licensing classes.
