MAR Welcomes Catherine Rollins, MAR Local Policy Manager, and Chris Kluchman, Deputy Director of the Community Services Division of the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development, for an overview of the state’s new Housing Choice law. The law, a major MAR legislative priority enacted in January, represents the biggest legislative overhaul of zoning in well over a decade. It has created housing opportunities across Massachusetts and we must now do the collective work of implementation in our cities and towns.
