Assistance animals have become a hot topic in housing. Many landlords, property managers, and real estate professionals do not know how to handle the situation when someone with a disability requests a reasonable accommodation for their animal. This course will cover the difference between service & support animals along with federal & state regulations that relate to these animals in housing situations and where those who feel they have been discriminated against can go for help.
