Course Description:

The most successful organizations have crisis communication plans in place. Having a strong plan will help your business maintain more seamless communication in times of crisis or other disruptions, and help your staff make the right decisions in a time of emergency. This program will help you identify what needs to be communicated and ensure it reaches the right audience.

This is an ideal program for business owners, leaders, management, or anyone working in a public facing communications role, such as marketing or public relations.

Deb Groeshel is a creative, entrepreneurial, and corporate communications professional with a proven track record of achieving desired results on-time and on-budget. She is a big-picture thinker who doesn't lose the details and she is highly skilled at developing brand messaging and communication strategies to create custom, targeted marketing and digital content to inform, engage, and motivate the ideal audience to take desired action.
