With social media, online reviews, real estate websites, and technology, it has become increasingly difficult to differentiate yourself as a Realtor®. In today’s competitive market, clients want a savvy agent; so how do you show your expertise?

The Graduate Realtor® Institute designation (or “GRI”) has a lot of value to offer you and can certainly be the answer to showing clients how you stand out in the crowd. Not only does it prove your motivation as a Realtor®, but it also showcases the in-depth knowledge you’ve gained and your deep understanding of the real estate business.

Besides having a higher understanding of your practice, studies have shown that agents with a GRI designation generally earn a higher income. After earning your GRI, you also receive a certificate and a plethora of marketing materials to help you promote your new designation.
