Housing to Protect Cape Cod Official Launch and Summit

All members are encouraged to attend the Housing to Protect Cape Cod Launch & Summit on Thursday, November 3rd at the Cape Codder Resort and Spa.

Housing affordability and availability is our top advocacy priority. Coupled with clean water, these are the two most pressing issues staring our industry and our communities straight into the face.

To tackle this huge issue, the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS has partnered with the Housing Assistance Corporation, the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, and the Homebuilders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod to launch a new coalition - Housing to Protect Cape Cod.

We are launching the coalition at a summit on Thursday, November 3 and presenting a new study on what solutions we should be tackling.

Additionally, the coalition will be laying out a framework for a policy agenda Cape towns should tackle to address the housing crisis we face, where now 50% of our workforce lives off Cape Cod. Please join us to learn more about how you can get involved in this initiative.
