In the current workplace, as a business owner, you are consumed with business demands, customers, employees, and shifting operating regulations. Add personal pressures and the stress of it all can result in reactive decisions, potentially having long-term adverse effects.

This session focuses on acknowledging the current workplace pressures for business owners and tools to handle the ongoing fatigue. We will discuss practical solutions to clarify employee and customer communications, techniques to personally decompress, and uncover resources to help them see beyond their four walls all while sharing best practices. The goal is to develop a collection of tools and resources to use as you take your business forward.

This course is offered in a remote learning capacity. Zoom guidance and instructions will be provided prior to the start of the course.
