All businesses have faced challenges. The pandemic brought to the forefront the importance of understanding where your employees are, how they are handling the challenges, and what you can do to motivate them.

In this session, we will discuss some of the concepts of servant leadership and how adopting this mindset can help to motivate employees as they face personal and organizational challenges. We will break down the concept into practical tactics you can employ right away with your teams. Finally, you will have the opportunity to brainstorm with others in a similar situation to gain perspective and best practices.

This course is offered in a remote learning capacity. Zoom guidance and instructions will be provided prior to the start of the course.
