Driving Sales in the New Normal Marketplace

Cape Cod Community College's Center for Corporate and Professional Education Present's a FREE Employer Support Series

Local Business Support Series offered by Cape Cod Community College - Practical Takeaways that Inspire Action

The new marketplace creates opportunities, both positive and challenging for businesses. Past reliable customer sources may now not be available. To drive sales, you and your team must think outside the box. The positive result is discovering new ways to connect with your customers. The challenge, however, is your customer’s priorities and preferences have changed. It may not be easy to find them, connect with them, or even meet their service expectations the way you did in the past.

In this session, we will review past sales patterns and explore potentially untapped sales opportunities. We will discuss the importance of communication throughout a changing marketplace using actual case studies. Finally, participants take a new look at their existing customer base and brainstorm steps they can take to create advocates from every customer they serve.

This course is offered in a remote learning capacity. Zoom guidance and instructions will be provided prior to the start of the course.
