A challenge all businesses face during change is retaining and potentially regaining the trust of their customers. They are nervous. If your customers have not interacted with your team since the change, they may feel insecure, intimidated or generally disengaged. Combine that with a lack of standard expectations, and customers need more reassurance today than ever before.

In this session, you explore your business from the customer’s perspective. Understanding their experience and potential perceptions are the first steps in reassuring them. You will gain practical tips and resources to ensure clear communication from your customer’s perspective. Finally, we will discuss the importance of managing your online reputation and how that reassures customers during times of change. The goal is for you to walk away with a clearer understanding of your customers’ experience from initial interaction to after the purchase.

This course is offered in a remote learning capacity. Zoom guidance and instructions will be provided prior to the start of the course.
