The Cape Cod and Islands Association of REALTORS® is hosting a virtual offering of the Real Estate Negotiation Expert Certification Course with instructor Jody O'Brien on August 19th and August 20th from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm via Zoom! We are excited to welcome Jody who, with 30 years as a witness to generational changes in the real estate industry, created a new standard for how businesses can adapt, create, and grow.
Sharpen your negotiating skills with NAR's Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) CertificationCourse by gaining new tips and tools needed to be skillful advocates for their clients. This course will review the phases of negotiations, how to develop a plan, the influence of personality styles and conflict behavior types, and much more!

Course Cost:
$225 for CCIAOR members and $250 for non-members
Audit Cost*:
$100 for CCIAOR members and $150 for non-CCIAOR members.
*This pricing is for REALTORS® who currently have the ABR Accreditation and the designation displays in your NAR Account as active. You will have access to course materials and content, but will not receive credit for RENE course completion or CE credits.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be provided if you cancel by August 8th. Starting on August 8th, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. Beginning August 15th, no refunds will be provided if you cancel your registration.

All attendees looking to receive State CE Credits must arrive prior to the start of the class. Per the Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons “students must complete the total number of requisite hours. Breaks, tardiness or other interruptions are not to be included in the total number of hours.”
