The Cape Cod and Islands Association of REALTORS® is offering a special one-day in-person Resort and Second Property Specialist (RSPS) Certification course with nationally-recognized instructor Joanne Chando on May 17th! Joanne comes from the resort area of Fort Myers and is known for her energetic and humorous approach to real estate education, and has been a real estate instructor for over 35 years. The Resort and Second-home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification is for REALTORS® in resort and second-home markets around the world who wish to distinguish themselves among their peers and consumers - an especially important market segment here on Cape Cod and the Islands.

RSPS is recognized as an official NAR Certification. RSPS certificate holders will receive the following:

  • Access to logo, referral forms, RSPS press release, marketing materials, RSPS certificate and a RSPS lapel pin
  • Eligibility to join the private RSPS Facebook group for networking
  • Be differentiated on nar.realtor and REALTOR.com
  • Receive a monthly e-newsletter, emailed to you on the last Friday of the month
  • Participation in quarterly webinars regarding investment, second-home, and vacation property issues
