Four MA Home Inspectors will discuss the various hazards in waiving a Home Inspection. While some home inspection issues may be minor, like basic plumbing repairs, there can be serious issues that can cost significant money to repair or are life safety issues. We will present a series of real-life examples of post-purchase pitfalls experienced by our clients who waived inspections.
