About the Course:
The Cape Cod and Islands Association of REALTORS® (CCIAOR) is offering the Residential Real Estate Council CRS Course Win-Win Negotiation Techniques with nationally recognized instructor Dale Carlton on December 1st & 3rd via Zoom from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm!
To successfully represent and satisfy your customers, you must be an effective negotiator. The most recent NAR Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers reports that 87% of buyers identified negotiation skills as a very important quality for their real estate agents. This course provides negotiation strategies that enable you to achieve mutually satisfying results rather than haggling over issues that can derail transactions. Through highly-interactive role-playing activities, you will develop and practice scripts that can prepare you to successfully negotiate with all parties in a transaction, including clients, other agents, and service providers.
In this course you will learn:
- How to establish and maintain rapport with other parties in a negotiation
- About other parties needs and identify their interests
- How to effectively prepare for negotiations by exploring actionable solutions and creating a game plan
- How to respond more effectively to issues that commonly arise during your transactions
Course Cost:
$30 for CCIAOR Members
$75 for CCIAOR Non-Members
There will be a $15 cancellation fee after November 20th.
This is a CCIAOR Special Offer! This course typically costs between $89-$250 when taken directly through CRS.
CRS Course Credit:
For those with a CRS Accreditation, this course comes with 8 CRS credits.
Candidates may earn CRS Designation credit only if they take the course exam and receive a passing score of 70% percent or better. CRS Designees seeking Designation Maintenance credit do not need to take the exam but must sign in with the course monitor or proctor.
