Due to 2022 NAR policy updates, Flexmls is making the following changes to comply with the Broker Attribution Requirement. We have added the capability to enable Broker Attribution. This setting is controlled at the Office level and is disabled by default.
We are committed to constantly improving the Flexmls System, making it faster and easier for you to get your work done. With that, we’ll be refreshing many Flexmls pages to provide greater consistency and a refreshed look and feel across the system over the next few months.
HEIC photos are now supported for uploading to Flexmls from your iOS device. If you take photos with your iPhone, this means it’s easier than ever to upload photos directly to your listings through your Flexmls for Real Estate Pros app.
Soon, the Documents page in Flexmls will have an updated look with an accessible, modern design that more closely matches the user experience on other Flexmls pages. Members will now have access to this updated design on all Flexmls platforms making managing listing documents at their desk or on the go a breeze!
