If you have a Buyer's Agent that is not a member of CCIMLS, you can still Close your property. In the Buyer's Agent box, the name or short ID will be Non, Member or u00f. There will then be required fields for the Non-Member Buyer Agent's Name and Office name that should be filled in with accurate information.
If the buyer was unrepresented, you can still Close your property. In the Buyer's Agent box, the name of short ID will be Unrepresented, Buyer or u00b.
