Whether you are using the FlexMLS Pro mobile app or FlexMLS web on mobile, you are able to text listings to a client.
After you perform a search for a specific listing, you can click on the circle with 3 dots for more options.
Clicking the Share button will allow you to select a contact then Text, should you have their mobile phone number saved in their Contact Management profile. If you do not have the mobile phone number of the contact saved in Contact Management, clicking the More option at the bottom of the screen will bring up your phone's messaging.
To text multiple properties to a contact, you will click into view the individual properties and touch the select box at the top of the screen or click the 3 dots next to the property and choose Select. You will notice that the Collections option at the bottom of the page has started to calculate your selections. When ready, click the Collections button, then Selected, then Share All. From here, you may select the appropriate contact, then Text, should you have their mobile phone number saved in their Contact Management profile. If you do not have the mobile phone number of the contact saved in Contact Management, you will choose the More option at the bottom of the screen and use your phone's messaging
