When a property is in an off-market status, such as Expired, and then relisted as NEW, the Days on Market (DOM) and Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM) will go back to zero (0) after ninety (90) days.
If a property is Temp Off Market, the DOM/CDOM clock will stop calculating; however, it will begin where it left off when the Temp Off Market property is placed back on the market.
