REALTOR® Association dues are due by January 1st each year. Members receive their annual invoice in October each year. Members also have the option of signing up for a dues payment plan by or before November 30th.
A past due fee of $25 will be applied to all accounts not paid or enrolled in a payment plan by November 30th. Members with account balances on March 1st will be inactivated and will lose REALTOR® Membership and if applicable, MLS Membership.
A reinstatement fee of $35 will be charged to reactivate membership. If an individual held REALTOR® membership in the prior year, they are responsible for the full current year dues plus any late fees and the reinstatement fee. If an individual did not hold REALTOR® membership in the prior year, they are responsible for prorated dues (depending on rejoin date) and the $35 reinstatement fee.
