Join Your Legislators Virtually During the 2021 Week of Advocacy

Get an update on important legislation impacting real estate at the local and state level during the REALTOR® Week of Advocacy from June 7 - 11. The Week of Advocacy is taking the place of the 2021 REALTOR® Day on Beacon Hill as MAR and the legislature adapt to social distancing measures brought on by COVID-19. This is your chance to get involved at the grassroots level and interact directly with the legislators shaping laws in our region.

The week kicks off with a virtual Keynote Session featuring Justin Davidson, MAR General Counsel and Director of Government Affairs, Representative Aaron Michlewitz and others. The keynote is a standalone session which you can register for through MAR by clicking here.

CCIAOR has scheduled virtual listening sessions with Cape and Islands region legislators for you to hear first-hand about the issues impacting our region. We will be adding more sessions and legislators to the schedule as we are able to confirm them.

Attendance at any of the sessions will meet the Cape Cod Real Estate Specialist (CCRES) Advocacy requirement. Must be logged in via Zoom and attend the session in its entirety to receive credit for a CCRES advocacy elective.
