2024 Leadership Academy Applications Now Open

Applications to the 2024 CCIAOR Leadership Academy are now open!

The CCIAOR Leadership Academy is a dynamic multi-session program held at diverse locations throughout the region and focused on improving leadership skills and community knowledge with the goal of empowering you to be a better leader at work and in your community.

This highly-selective program will empower you to build new skills, get more engaged in your community, and gain a deeper understanding of significant topics in our industry to help you define and develop your own leadership style.

If selected for the academy, you'll go on-site with some of the Cape & Islands leading local businesses, non-profits and other organizations to deepen your knowledge of the Cape Cod community and your understanding of the real estate industry and what it takes to succeed as a leader.

Throughout this program, you will have the opportunity to interact and have thought-provoking discussions with colleagues and community leaders at various stages of their careers who bring their own experience and perspective to each session.
