Annie Blatz Honored with Charles F. Lockhart Award for Distinguished Service in 2019

Annie Blatz has been awarded the 2019 Charles F. Lockhart Award for Distinguished Service by the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS®.
Annie is a past president of both CCIAOR and the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®. Annie has served on countless committees, task forces, and work groups at the local, state, and national level over the course of her 34-year career as a REALTOR®.
“Annie has been extremely dedicated to CCIAOR, MAR, and NAR and in advancing REALTOR® values in her career. She truly carries on the legacy and professionalism of Chuck Lockhart. Annie’s influence has shaped our Association, locally, statewide, and nationally, and our profession across Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket for the better and made us a stronger industry.” said Joe Arnao, president of CCIAOR.
Annie, a Brewster resident, serves as the Broker of Record for Kinlin Grover Real Estate, Cape Cod’s largest real estate firm, and is the Branch Executive of Kinlin Grover’s Yarmouth Port, Brewster, and South Yarmouth offices.
Annie served as president of CCIAOR in 2006, president of MAR in 2017, and has been recognized nationally for her efforts to protect the real estate industry and home ownership with her induction into the REALTORS® Political Action Committee Hall of Fame.
The Charles F. Lockhart Award for Distinguished Service is awarded to those who have given an extraordinary amount of time, effort, and resources to ensuring the visibility and success of CCIAOR and the Cape Cod & Islands Multiple Listing Service. The award is named in honor of Lockhart, CCIAOR’s long-time retired chief executive officer and a past president of the Association.
