Debbie McDevitt Hays Honored With 2023 Charles F. Lockhart Distinguished Service Award

Debbie McDevitt Hays’ real estate career has spanned 48 years, and her impact is felt within CCIAOR & the Cape Cod & Islands Multiple Listing Service (CCIMLS) and beyond. Debbie has served as a MLS Tour Committee Chair, CCIMLS Dennis Tour Chair, and has served on many Association committees and task forces. Debbie co-founded McDevitt REALTORS® in 1972 with Bud McDevitt, and has guided generations of clients through the homebuying and selling process. Her volunteerism in the community includes working with the Dennis-Yarmouth Ecumenical Council for the Prevention of Homelessness, which she has been involved with since its founding in 1993. The Charles F. Lockhart Distinguished Service Award is the Association’s lifetime achievement award, award was created in 1996 to honor and recognize exemplary service to the Association and was designed as a distinguished service award. Debbie resides in South Yarmouth.
