FlexMLS Launches Updated Look for Market Reports

As part of their efforts to improve the user interface for Flexmls, you will now find a refreshed look for the Market Summary Report and the Market Trends Graphs (previously My Market).

You are still able to filter your data by a Quick Search or a Saved Search. You can also filter your data by selecting or deselecting the circles in the legend at the bottom of the graph, if more than one option is present. A new tab style display easily shows different data sets (Days on Market, Months of Inventory, etc…), and the simplified single-axis style makes graphs easier and faster to interpret.

You are also able to show or hide the data table.

Just as in the My Market report, you are still able to slice and dice the data by filtering the Market Trends Graphs to get the information that you need.
