New Updates to FloPlan™ Make It Even Better

More improvements are on the way to FlōPlan™. As we were only the third MLS in the country to offer FlōPlan™, the product continues to improve.

This featured update covers two topics:

  • Floor plans will come with dimensions

Floor plans on listings help browsing homebuyers understand the flow of the home. But what if they want to know if their couch will fit in the living room? Starting September 17th, the FlōPlan™ System can help agents answer that question quickly by allowing agents to share a floor plan with room dimensions.

Please note: Floor plans created with FlōPlan™ are designed to showcase the flow of a home. Dimensions calculated using the FlōPlan™ technology depend on the quality of the property scan and are approximate only. Given the variance in accuracy, only floor plans without dimensions can be linked directly to a listing via the FlōPlan™ App.

  • More file options will be available

The FlōPlan™ System will soon offer multiple image file types to make sharing with contacts even easier. Floor plans will be available for sharing and download in JPG, PNG and SVG formats for even more flexibility.
