Leadership Academy Session 5 Recap

One of the highlights for the Leadership Academy group is the chance to explore Cape Cod and its unique venues. For Session 5, they had the opportunity to visit historic Wellfleet Preservation Hall.

This interactive session included hands-on exercises and breakout groups focused on practical strategies for preventing and resolving conflict. Participants also explored real-life scenarios, receiving valuable feedback from their colleagues, the Cape Mediation team, and other expert mediators — preparing them to approach conflict with greater confidence and clarity.
