MAR Charitable Grants Now Available

The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) Spring Charitable Foundation awards grants for 501c3 organizations that REALTOR® members work with to help those in need throughout Massachusetts. The Charitable Foundation’s Board of Trustees created this program in 2000 to encourage REALTOR® support for local non-profit groups and their initiatives to address housing, hunger, homelessness and disaster relief within the Commonwealth.

Application preference is for Massachusetts organizations helping Massachusetts residents.

The requesting organization needs to have an established relationship with a REALTOR® who is actively involved with the requesting organization. In past years, grant awards have ranged from $500 to $2,000 and in 2022, seven of our local organizations each received a grant for $1500.

Note all applications must be approved and submitted through CCIAOR. Applications must be received by CCIAOR by April 12, 2023.
