New MLS Opportunity for MLS Tours

We are pleased to introduce a new MLS Tour opportunity that is designed to align with the evolving dynamics of our unique market.

Soon, we will be adding a Bourne Tours to the Flexmls system. This Tour will take place every Thursday morning from 9:00 to 11:00 AM.

This initiative offers:

• Agents with listings in Bourne, the chance to showcase their properties to fellow members.

• Agents representing buyers, a convenient way to visit multiple homes for sale in these towns, gaining valuable insights to better serve their clients.
  

Why are we implementing this change?

In recent years, in-person MLS Tours have faced challenges, including:

• Declining attendance.

• Difficulty recruiting member volunteers to coordinate the Tours, given the time commitment and inconsistent participation.

To address these challenges, this new format shifts the administrative responsibility to MLS staff. Members can now add properties for a designated time and day, allowing agents to tour homes at their own convenience.

This isn’t replacing the current MLS Tours - it’s an exciting new opportunity for members to keep touring homes in areas where a Tour Chair is no longer available!

How to Participate

For Listing Agents:
If you have a property in Bourne that you'd like to include on the Tour:

1. Go to the Change Listing section in Flexmls.

2. Select your listing and navigate to Scheduled Marketing Activities > MLS Tours.

3. Add your property to the Bourne Tour for the appropriate Thursday.

Please ensure that you or your representative is available at the property during the Tour window, 9:00-11:00 AM.

For Agents Attending the Tour:
Agents interested in attending can visit participating properties anytime between 9:00 and 11:00 AM. This flexibility allows you to arrange your visits in an order that best fits your schedule.

Note: The Tour will be canceled if no properties are added for that week.
