Courtney currently serves as the President of CCIAOR and also serves as a Director for MVMLS. Courtney previously served as Dukes County Director on the CCIAOR Board (2015-2022) and as President of MVMLS (2018-2020). She is also a graduate of the CCIAOR Leadership Academy. Courtney was awarded CCIAOR REALTOR of the Year in 2021.

Courtney serves as partner and president of Sandpiper Realty on Martha's Vineyard.
