REALTOR® Day on Beacon Hill

Annually, REALTORS® from around Massachusetts gather in June at the Massachusetts State House to meet with legislators and discuss the pressing issues surrounding the real estate industry, home buyers and sellers, and property owners.

CCIAOR provides transportation to ensure as many members as possible can come to Beacon Hill and meet with the legislative delegation from the Cape & Islands.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the normal Day on Beacon Hill has been converted into virtual meetings under the newly launched MAR Week of Advocacy.

CCIAOR will be hosting individual local advocacy Zoom sessions with each member of our legislative delegation from June 16th - June 19th. These sessions will cover legislative actions underway that will impact our communities on the Cape and Islands.

You are encouraged to register for the session with your member of the Cape and Islands delegation, however, you may register for whichever session(s) best fit your schedule. Registration is required for attendance.

Attendance at any of the sessions will meet the Cape Cod Real Estate Specialist (CCRES) Advocacy requirement.
